Some say Tenure is a thing of the Past!

Some people say that long-lasting careers with the same employer are a thing of the past.  However, at Coastal, we beg to differ.  We have many long-term employees who not only contribute to their teams, but also lead, mentor, and develop our up and coming future leaders.  Employees who have 10 or more years of service are inducted into our “Honor Club” and currently we have 51 people that meet that criteria.  We also have many with far more than 10, like Dave Bowman for example pictured here celebrating 35 years and counting. There is definitely something to be said for looking back over a long career with happiness and satisfaction as you contemplate the many different careers that you have had a hand in developing.  Why hop job to job when you can come HOME!
