To increase productivity and shorten build time, Coastal Mechanical pre-fabricates virtually every pipe and duct, and plumbing system in our own 70,000 square foot state of the art production facility. The pieces are built, assembled, inspected for quality control, wrapped, and loaded for transit in such a way as to minimize the handling of materials. The pieces are loaded on to our trucks methodically to ensure they are ready for immediate installation upon arrival.
