Coastal’s full-time Safety Manager is an authorized OSHA instructor with an excellent working knowledge of OSHA construction standards, as well as extensive experience conducting job site inspections.

The safety of our employees is our top priority. We know that our excellent safety record is the result of employee involvement. Through extensive employee safety training and by motivating our employees, accidents are minimized or completely avoided. For the fifth year in a row, Coastal was awarded the 2005 ABC/Charles J Eidel Safety Award at the Diamond Level for our exceptional safety record.

Every Monday all Foreman perform a Ten Point Safety Checklist Inspection and a detailed site inspection to ensure that all the safety requirements are being met. Our Safety Manager routinely performs pop inspections at all job sites.
