Mitsubishi Power Systems Expansion

Coastal Mechanical Services worked closely with H. J. High Construction to provide the Plumbing and HVAC portion of this fast track design build project. The state-of-the-art, 111,500 square foot combustion turbine manufacturing facility, located in Orlando, Florida, greatly enhances Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas ongoing power generation service and component repair operations serving the western hemisphere. The project was challenging because of the aggressive eight month construction schedule. In order to meet the demanding schedule, project coordination and preplanning of the installation were critical. Coastal Mechanical met the challenge and finished the project on time and in budget.
