Coastal Mechanical’s Scope of Work:

This four story 107,495 square foot vertical expansion of a functioning Cancer Treatment Center, consisting of 36 state of the art bone marrow transplant units, 2 new linear accelerator vaults, radiation oncology wing, and a 3 story facility office building.

This facility is served by a new 7,390 square foot mechanical room with detached chiller yard supplying Heating Hot water, Chilled water, Steam, Medical Gas System, De-ionized water system and Closed circuit Linear Accelerator chilled water loop.

Built with exacting AHCA standards and supervision, and at record pace, this project was constructed in 12 under months with unsurpassed quality mechanical, sheet metal, and plumbing systems. H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center with its state of the art cancer treatment center and bone marrow transplant unit is poised to provide unsurpassed hope to the 21st century.
