Peabody Hotel Expansion

This 2 story expansion project added 731,000 square feet of meeting space to the existing hotel.  A chilled water system provides 1,275 tons of cooling to the facility and included a total re-design and integration of the existing central plant into the new cooling loop.  The mechanical installation included 484,000 pounds of sheet metal, 24 Air Handling Units, 70 Exhaust Fans along with various system pumps that included a pair of 200hp, VFD driven pumps.
