Description:

Coastal Mechanical Services, LLC worked closely with The Robins & Morton Group on this hospital addition that added a 180,000 square-foot five-story Bed Tower and Nutrition Center to the Florida Hospital East Campus in Orlando. The project included the installation of 333,000 pounds of duct work, over 5 miles of hydronic piping, over 3 miles of sanitary piping, over 4 miles of water piping and over 4 miles of medical gas piping.  All of these systems were roughed-in within 6 months without impact to the existing hospital operations, allowed The Robins & Morton Group to maintain an extremely tight schedule, which allowed Florida Hospital East to open the new additions to the hospital on time.
