Dr. Phillips Hospital

Over $22 million dollars worth of mechanical piping, sheet metal and plumbing systems which was spread out over 330,000 square feet of the new 6 story bed tower addition and 77,000 square feet of renovation of the existing Hospital. The renovation took place while the existing facility was occupied with hospital staff and patients.

This project was constructed in numerous phases with the new bed tower addition being turned over and occupied over 2 months ahead of the original project schedule.
