Coastal’s Scope of Work:
The UNF Social Sciences Building is the University's first LEED Certified project. Coastal Mechanical contributed to this by coordinating a seamless commissioning process between the owner, engineer, construction manager and all special trades. The Indoor Air Quality points gained from this helped attain a Silver Certification.
