Jacksonville University Oak Hall

Coastal Mechanical Services completed the HVAC installation at the Jacksonville University, Oak Hall project for The Haskell Company.  Oak Hall is a 143,900 square foot dormitory that includes four 5-story buildings for a total of 20 floors providing 301 dormitory rooms for resident students, laundry facilities, a café, meeting rooms and study areas.  The unique layout of the school and the limited construction set-up space   presented logistical challenges and difficulties in positioning materials for installation.  By utilizing its Pre-Fabrication and Pre-Assembly Facility in Melbourne, and by managing project deliveries, Coastal Mechanical was able to coordinate and deliver the installation in the limited space.
