Coastal’s Scope of Work:
Not only is Shingle Creek Coastal Mechanical's largest project to date, it is also a successful Design-Build endeavor. By working openly with the owner, engineer, and construction manager, we were able to lend our experience and expertise and save the owner $4,000,000. This 1500-room golf and spa resort boasts the largest column-free ball room in the Southeast United States, making it an ideal destination for large groups of conventioneers. Finished three months ahead of schedule, this is a crowning achievement for Coastal Mechanical and all the other Team Members.
