1. Provide alternate equipment selection generating material savings.
2. Review project for constructability issues, allowing systems to be installed with zero conflict thus saving time and material/labor costs
3. Generate trade coordinated BIM model minimizing field conflicts generating savings in material, labor and re-design efforts.
4. Early design document constructability review minimizing field installation issues.
5. Provided schedule input which allowed for better trade coordination and work flow.
6. Open book equipment pricing and selection process allowing owner and team members be part of the selection process.  This eliminates time when equipment is critical path.
7. Control System Early Review – Design/CM Team ensures that control system is 100% compliant with specifications, engineer and owner requirements. Saves time on tail-end of project during the start-up/commissioning process.
8. Early vendor involvement. Allows vendors to be part of the design process and allows for early equipment submittal and release.
